Sample Types
- Proto SampleFirst physical version of a new development — used to check design, fit and construction.
- Revised SampleUpdated version incorporating your feedback from the previous round.
- Pre-Production SampleFinal confirmation piece made with bulk materials and full branding — the production benchmark.
Approval Process
- 1. ReviewYou receive the sample with photos and notes on any deviations or suggestions.
- 2. FeedbackYou confirm what's right and mark what needs changing — clearly and in one round where possible.
- 3. RevisionWe revise and re-submit. Revision rounds are quoted transparently before work begins.
- 4. Sign-OffYour written approval releases the style to bulk production.

What to send
For Accurate Samples
The sample can only be as good as the inputs. Send us:
- Tech pack or detailed brief — the single source of truth for the sample
- Reference sample — if matching an existing product's fit or feel
- Material direction — your preferences, or we'll propose options
- Branding artwork — so the sample shows true final branding
